Before and After
The start of a journey
The property had been overtaken by Alder, Elderberry, and other brush. The center of the property had poor drainage that led to a quagmire with areas up to four feet deep of standing water
Dense brush that swallowed up prime yard space and views.
A little hard to see past these Birch trees, which can pose a hazard this close to any building. Birch trees can rot in the center of the trunk, and can fall during winter or heavy storms.
Nature is beautiful, but it doesn't need to invade your space.
Where's the view?
If you struggle to get the views you want, Alaska Eco Forestry can help.

Rocking on the job
ditches are important for water management, but it doesn't have a dreadful trench. A little more effort goes a long way, with rocking results
Working out of sight
Out of sight, the field drain does not impact how your yard looks, but it will keep working.
Work Completed!
With many hours of hard work, the property is reclaimed from brush and swamp with a beautiful new look.

Almost ready for back yard activities

Video shows the transformation of the property, cleared of choking brush and dead trees. Additionally, a brand-new drainage system keeps the property from getting swamped by heavy rain.
A personalized touch to a draining task.
A personalized drainage system running the edge of the property to catch run off water does not detract from the beauty of the rest of the property. With its natural stream like curves, and protective rock covering.
